On top of Bartlett Mountain, an access road takes you to the gate of your own huge playground. Inside the Mendocino National Forest, this 395-acre tract feels much bigger than that. Logging roads and skid trails are all over it, and the bulk of the road system has been opened in anticipation of this sale. As if 395 acres isn't enough, it borders Forest Service land.
