I can’t think of anything more stressful than being a first time home buyer, especially in this current market. Keegan, took the time to sit with us and explain the entire buying process and what to expect during each phase of the process. He worked closely with our lender to ensure we had the best competitive edge when submitting offers. He was always prompt to respond to us when we had questions and helped make buying our first home a breeze. I would highly recommend Keegan if you’re in the market to buy a home.

He’s been working with our family for a little over a year and is responsible for placing our parents in their dream home (Saturday, August 21, 2021) as well as locating & purchasing an investment property. Both transactions required a significant amount of work (1035 exchange out of state). When viewing properties, he offered a ton of insight for things to look out for, including water heater age and electrical panel upgrades.
