If you like natural light and views this house is for you! The natural light from the large front windows is wonderful. The rooms are large and roomy. The home is solid and livable as is, but you could easily update at this price. The patio on the west side of the house is especially nice because there is a street between the houses, offering a long view. It is amazing what you can create with these patios. We will be happy to take you to the office and introduce you to the managers and pick up an application for residency. You will need to provide six months of bank statements proving at least $2835 income per month, have a credit score of minimum 750 and if you have a dog (1) it must be under 20 pounds unless it is a service dog. Once in, you will enjoy a space rent of $945 in this beautifully kept community with plenty of activities to join and meet new friends. Tennis, pickelball, billiards, cards, mahjong, two swimming pools, spa, a state of the art shuffelboard indoor court and a very nice club house with a great full library. Our pond is a great meeting place to sit, enjoy our weather, and watch the ducks.
